The phone of the available person rings with audio or video; if no one answers, the visitor leaves a message. Up to 8 team members can answer with the Équipe plan.

Frequently asked questions from coworking spaces

Can each coworking member receive their own visitors?
Not with a single account: up to 8 team members answer (Équipe plan). The visitor chooses among them, for example reception or the manager, who then lets the member concerned know.
Does Dringbell open the door of the space?
No. Dringbell connects the visitor with your team, by audio or video, but does not control any lock or badge.
Can the visitor see the team's phone numbers?
Never. The call goes through Dringbell: no number is shared with the visitor.
Do I need building work or an intercom?
No. A QR code placed at the entrance is enough, with no cables or drilling.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
Yes. The company name and VAT number entered at payment appear on your invoices.
