Dringbell is a doorbell for shops with no device to install: a QR code on your shop window lets customers call you by audio or video on your phone when the shop is closed or you are in the stockroom. If they cannot reach you, they leave a message, and they can see your opening hours.

Do I need a device or any work on my shop window?
No. A printed QR code is enough: customers point their phone at it. No cables, no drilling, no batteries.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. A page opens in their browser. You do not need to download anything either: Dringbell works in your phone's browser.
Can customers see when I reopen?
Yes. You enter your days and opening hours, lunch break included, and a closure message. Customers see whether the shop is open and can still ring or leave a message.
Can Dringbell open my shop door?
No. Dringbell connects the customer with you by audio or video, but it does not control any lock. You come and open the door yourself.
Does the customer get my phone number?
Never. The call goes through Dringbell: your number stays private.
