Dringbell is a doorbell for medical practices and allied health clinics with no device to install: patients point their phone at a QR code on the door and choose who to contact (Reception, Front desk, Practitioner). The phone of whoever is available rings by audio or video; if nobody answers, the patient leaves a message. No phone number is ever shared.

Why does a medical practice miss patients at the door?

Frequently asked questions from medical practices

Does Dringbell replace appointment booking software?
No. Dringbell only handles welcoming people at the door: calls, messages and opening hours. It does not manage appointments or patient records.
Can several practitioners share the same entrance?
Yes: 2 phones with Essentiel, 4 with Pro, 8 with Équipe. With Pro and Équipe, patients choose who to speak to based on each person’s availability.
Does the patient get the practitioner's number?
Never. The call goes through Dringbell: neither your number nor your team's numbers are shared.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union: the database is in Ireland and the application server is in Paris.
Is any installation work or intercom needed?
No. A QR code on the door is enough. No cables, no drilling.
